OUR Process
Inspection & Assessment
We begin with a detailed inspection of your fence. Our specialists identify the cause of the damage, whether it’s soil movement, weather erosion, tree roots, or simply ageing brickwork. This helps us determine the safest and most effective repair approach.
Tailored Repair Plan
Based on the assessment, we provide you with a clear, transparent plan. This includes the type of repairs required, expected timeline, and upfront pricing. We also discuss material matching to ensure the repaired section blends seamlessly with your existing fence.
Structural Stabilisation
If your fence is leaning or unstable, we address the foundation first. This may involve reinforcing or resetting footings, stabilising sections, and correcting alignment before repairing visible damage.
Brickwork & Mortar Repairs
Damaged or cracked bricks are carefully removed and replaced with matching bricks. Mortar joints are repointed using the correct mix and colour to maintain both strength and visual continuity. For concrete fences, cracks and chips are filled, reinforced, and smoothed to restore structural integrity.
Finishing & Detailing
Once repairs are complete, we finish the fence to ensure a consistent look. Our attention to detail ensures the repaired section blends naturally, with no mismatched colours or uneven textures.
Site Clean-Up & Final Check
We leave your property tidy and safe. Before completing the job, our team conducts a final quality check to ensure the fence meets both structural and aesthetic standards.

FAQ Section
Should you require any other information, feel free to give us a call for a no obligation chat.
How long does it take to build a brick fence?
Usually you would allow around 4 weeks to obtain the relevant permits. For a standard size block it takes about a week to complete the brickwork with the steel infills and gates to be installed around 6 weeks later. This can vary due to demand.
What services do you offer?
We offer a one stop shop for the construction of your brick fence. From the initial design right through to the supply and install of steel fencing panels and automated gates.
Are there any specific permit or regulations for installing a fence?
Yes. Permits for a brick fence have to be looked as a case by case basis as it will vary from council to council as well as the design you are proposing. As a general rule if the brickwork exceeds 1.2m in height you will need a building permit and possibly council consent. Please contact James Dwyer as he will be happy to discuss the process with you.
Do you offer a Warranty?
Yes. The statutory building warranties apply to building work for up to 10 years. Visit the Victorian Building Authority website for further information.
What are the benefits of constructing a brick fence?
The benefits of a brick fence are many. Little to no maintenance, noise reduction, timeless in appearance, less subject to design trends, longevity (with current construction methods a brick fence could easily last 100+ years).
